About
Independent validator operations for the Polkadot ecosystem, operating since 2020.
Operational Strategy
Our infrastructure employs different approaches for each network, optimized for specific operational goals:
Polkadot: Decentralization
Self-hosted infrastructure at a unique location in Southern Switzerland. This setup provides maximum independence, decentralization, and full control over the validator stack, from hardware to network connectivity.
Kusama: Availability
Professional OVH datacenter hosting. This approach focuses on maximum availability through established infrastructure providers with proven uptime records.

Program Participation
Polkadot: Selected for Web3 Foundation's Decentralized Nodes Program Cohort 3, with application submitted for Cohort 4. Initially participated in the 1KV Program until its shutdown.
Kusama: Operated independently since 2020. Initially participated in the 1KV Program until its shutdown.
Focus Areas
- Zero slashing incidents across both networks since 2020
- High-performance hardware with ECC memory and redundant storage
- Dedicated external monitoring for proactive issue detection
- Network decentralization through unique infrastructure choices
- Transparent communication with nominators
